  1. Using a food spiralizer, create curled noodles out of the zucchini.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil and add 3 cloves of chopped garlic.
  3. As soon as the garlic becomes aromatic, throw your zoodles in the pan with the squeeze of half a lemon.
  4. Cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.
Recipe Notes

Optional: Add corn, sweet peppers, lettuce and fresh basil.
